Winter glums?... no way! There are so many exciting things in the Melann’s story to
brighten up the rainiest of days.
Once again, Melann’s has been honoured with a PFAFF PLATINUM DEALER
AWARD that is recognition for exceptional support, sales and service. This is our 9th award in a row and we thank our wonderful team for excelling once again.
Our ‘Christmas in July’ Sew Creative Sewing School was an enormous success with
our own Bernadette Robinson leading the way as the very first accredited JENNY
HASKINS TUTOR in Australia. Keep an eye out for more specialist classes in the
New Year.
Our gorgeous JENNY HASKINS flew in for her Trunk Show and amazed us all
again with her creativity and talent; her son Simon presented details of their NEW
QUILTING PROGRAM (in-store now) and MARGARET ZWECK captivated
us with her unique collection of antique buttons – quite extraordinary. Long-term
supporters of the Melann’s sewing festivals – FLORIANI STABILIZERS - were also
on hand… thank you Lizzie!
And now for the LATEST. Jenny Haskin’s new book JENNY’S HERITAGE has
arrived. It’s a quilt designed to do for machine embroiderers what her original THE
HERITAGE quilt did for sewers back in 1992. It is as effortless as it is stunning, with
